The sorrel colour, sour – sweet acerbic flavour and ashberry aroma with the slight emission of the cognac notes characterize our liqueur.
During the preparation of this liqueur we use ashberries that are selected after the first frosts, and then they are sorted and dried out. The alcohol extract is prepared at once from these carefully dried berries. The alcoholized apple juice is made only of the ripe apples. The powder apple juice is not used. The liqueur blend includes 300 litres of cognac per 1000 decalitres of the ready product.
It is perfectly suitable as aperitive and women’s liqueur.
